We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales/Admin Assistant to join our team within Filtrec UK Limited.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organising documents.
- Support the team in project coordination, including tracking timelines and ensuring deliveries are met.
- Support our warehouse as and when required to fulfill orders on shipment days.
- Collaborate with colleagues on various projects, contributing ideas and assisting in their execution.
- Updating customers on outstanding orders and liaising with our suppliers.

- Confidence working alone and as part of a team.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in completing assigned responsibilities.
- Strong work ethic with a determination to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A basic understanding of Sage 50 (Not essential training can be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.42 per hour
