We are looking for a Programme Leadership and Transformation Director from a consulting background to join the Workforce and Organisation (W&O) team. You will be part of the Programme and Change capability team engaging with a range of clients to help propose and deliver benefits through the full range of their programmes across our collective strengths in Consulting, Technology and Digital. Consultants in this role will be dynamic in their approach and able to manage change with personality, precision, and predictability to help realise measurable, positive business outcomes.

Working within the W&O team involves advising on significant business and organisational change that utilise our leading practice methods, tools, and techniques. You’ll make change “stick”, ensuring sustainable benefits are realised by our clients, through your ability to have personal impact and skill in application of our methods.
You will deliver end-to-end transformations for workforce programs, services, and processes to identify, build and incentivise clients to drive success of organizations and their workforces. You will use your knowledge and experience of complex Programme Management delivery, Senior stakeholder engagement and Business Change methods to help clients optimise their operations and drive business results.
As a Director, you’ll work as part of a team of agile problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Business Development: lead the practice by setting strategy, driving the development of new business in the market, and providing advisory services across disciplines including business strategy, market growth strategy, lead go-to market initiatives and operational improvement.- Shape and deliver large complex transformation programmes
- Delivery Oversight: building productive and lasting client relationships senior leadership levels by identifying and discussing key issues with our clients, to identify potential opportunities.
- Utilising a combination of our organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£2/3m of consulting revenues
- Brand and market eminence; being a visible business leader in the Consulting and Industry community, speaking at conferences, authoring thought leadership, participating in multi-client industry round tables.
- Track record of a strong and successful practice building and people development experience

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
