An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and resilient individual to join the professional services team within the Faculty of Health. You will contribute to the delivery of customer focused, cost effective and efficient administrative support of the School of Psychology undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. This is an expanding and enthusiastic team who seek to enhance the student and stakeholder experience.
Programme administration duties will support the programmes, with particular reference to curriculum delivery, assessment and servicing of committees and meetings. This will include maintaining student records & assessment data, helping resolve assessment issues, attending, organising and minuting meetings, updating programme documents and providing programme data as required. The role will provide support to the Senior Programme Administrator in addition to providing support across the wider team.
You will have experience operating effectively as a member of an administrative team within a customer service environment. A flexible and resilient attitude in an ever-changing environment will be vital, alongside organisation skills, excellent IT skills (including spreadsheets and databases), the ability to proactively identify and seek resolutions to problems, and ability to work within tight deadlines. Good communication skills, teamwork and data reporting are essential.
The role is currently based in an open-plan office within the Rolle Building on the University’s Drake Circus, Plymouth campus.

This is a permanent, part-time position working 18.5 hours per week. Ideally Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
