Program Management - This team will build and maintain a master integrated roadmap, ensuring all programs and projects are aligned with the OCS corporate strategy. They will also work to maintain a clear governance framework for planning, prioritizing, managing, and executing the projects across the organization; including tracking measurements to enable success.
Program Manager will be more focused on Strategy (Not IT focused, more on the strategy side)
Must Haves:
- Extensive knowledge and experience applying best practices, procedures and principles of project, program and portfolio management methodology and governance.
- 7+ years of related experience preferably in retail or regulated industries (banking, telecom, health care, public sector)
- Experience in client-facing roles preferably in consulting/contracting
- Experience establishing, building, and maintaining collaborative relationships with various stakeholders for the purpose of meeting the corporate/program objectives
- Experience in establishing program outcomes, governance, and leading strategic planning workshops
- Experience in developing multiyear program roadmaps and familiar with project business cases
- Familiarity with the retail operating environment and systems involved (PIM, ERP, E-Commerce, etc.)
Nice to Haves:
- Experience reporting to c-suite level executives is preferred
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $95.00-$100.00 per hour
