Transactions Programme Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing real estate transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including legal teams, brokers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient execution of transactions.
- Developing and maintaining transaction management processes, guidelines, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks
- Utilising real estate management software to monitor and track transaction progress, generate reports, and analysing data for informed decision-making
- Conducting comprehensive data management, including data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to support transactional activities
- Collaborating with finance teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of transaction-related costs, budgets, and revenues
- Identifying and resolving transactional issues, obstacles, and risks proactively, utilizing effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Coordinating with project managers and teams to ensure seamless integration of transactions with ongoing projects or initiatives
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to real estate transactions and incorporating them into existing processes
- Training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their transactional knowledge and skills
- 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in data
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing projects and using SQL
