An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Transformation Management Office (TMO), working with Project Managers and Communications and Engagement colleagues, at a time when transformation is a key strategic priority for the University.
You will be a key member of the team, leading on initiation, delivery and benefits realisation of strategic change and improvement programmes. You will lead the development and maintenance of the programme environment to support projects within it and maintain the integrity and coherence of overall programmes. You will be proactive in the identification and management of stakeholders, as well as working collaboratively with other functions such as Digital Services and Estates. As well as supporting existing projects and programmes, you will continue to grow a culture of transformation, to develop value discovery, value delivery and value realisation through the Transformation Management Office, and across the University.
You will be educated to degree level and have a successful track record in managing complex programmes that demand integrated changes. You will have substantial experience in managing people and budgets within large and complex organisations. You will be an excellent communicator and able to think and act within a strategic context.
