Title: Program Leader
Job Duties: You will work with residents 1:1 and lead therapeutic recreation groups including exercise, art, games, snack and coffee service, and more. Opportunity to develop groups and special events based on your interests. Responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of Activity Programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
- AA or BA Degree in the Creative arts, or activities certification preferred.
- Prior experience in Mental Health preferred.
About the Campus: Crestwood Treatment Center in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility that provides long-term care to individuals diagnosed with an organic brain disease. Residents at this facility typically have a combination of psychiatric and dementia-related behaviors.
