Davies Group are looking for a professional individual who is able to undertake initial customer contact, capture accurate data entry of new claim information and provide administrative support to the teams.

As a First Response Advisor, your responsibilities will involve:
Effectively handle all customer interactions (client and direct customers) professionally, knowledgably and within TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) in mind
Accurately input new claims that are received within service guidelines
Call customers to arrange inspection appointments and take a pro-active approach to arranging appointments, including management of own diary reminders
Manage company claim related email inboxes and handle inbound calls
Contribute positively to both great teamwork and a good overall culture
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with good customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on consistently achieving targets
Strong problem-solving skills
IT proficiency and a good eye for detail
