Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + 15% Bonus
Location: Remote

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Your role and responsibilities
Antech Diagnostics are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Program Lead, Europe to join our growing organisation. In this role, the individual will be responsible for leading and driving the execution of our European expansion roadmap in support of the value creation & strategic goals of the company. Specifically, this individual will lead the execution of key European expansion initiatives across our Reference Lab and Point of Care businesses, owning end-to-end implementation plans and working closely with cross-functional teams and the European Leadership Team to ensure successful delivery of those initiatives. As part of the Strategic Initiatives / PMO team at Antech, the Program Lead will also help build a centre of excellence for project management.
This full time, permanent position is offered as remote and you can be located anywhere in the UK.
Primary duties include:
· Lead the execution of European expansion initiatives - orchestrating and driving the successful and timely completion of relevant projects to achieve business goals
· Design and implement end-to-end project plans as well as identification and resolution of risks/ issues that impact project/ program delivery
· Build and foster strong relationships with all cross-functional stakeholders and executive sponsors
· Maintain clear milestones, objectives, and goals to appropriately measure progress across all workstreams
· Serve as a key cross-functional liaison across teams – facilitating discussions with core project teams and European Leadership Team to deliver on critical milestones
· Create and implement change management strategies, communications, and plans
· Establish relevant tools & KPIs for project reporting
· Create, maintain, and present weekly and monthly program reports/ presentations for Leadership, including key progress updates, decision requirements, and relevant investment needs
· Support the development and implementation of templates & best practices for the Strategic Initiatives team/ central PMO
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of program/ project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting and/ or strategy execution
· Experience with managing enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives and change management
· Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects with significant business impact
· Strong ability in communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders
· Experience in the animal/ medical diagnostics industry
· Experience with financial modelling Problem Solving – ability to assess a broad range of solutions and effective at developing structured approaches to problems and adapt to changing contexts
· Organizational Agility – Can navigate matrixed organization & cross-functional teams effectively
· Standing Alone – Reliable with a strong sense of personal responsibility
· Dealing with Ambiguity – Comfort with diving into ambiguous situations to understand key issues and structure a clear path forward
· Communication Skills – Strong written, oral and visual (PPT) communication skills and analysis
