This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend, on occasion, your closest geographical office. Either London, Chesterfield or Glasgow.

I am looking for a highly experienced Program PMO Analyst to join our team on a 15 Month Fixed Term Contract.
About the role
You’ll provide support to the Transformation Office Team and Senior Programme Assurance Leads on all aspects of programme and project delivery. In doing so, you will ensure that programmes and projects are delivered on time and within budget, and you will need flexibility to work across multiple programmes and business units.
You’ll work closely with the programme / project manager, you will ensure consistent, robust, and effective project/programme governance, control and reporting to centrally defined standards are delivered. Supporting the programme/ project manager in creating, tracking, and updating delivery plans, your role will be to identify and monitor project dependencies whilst contributing to the identification and logging of risks and issues, ensuring these are managed through to mitigation and resolution.
A key accountability of your role will be the facilitation of workshops and project governance meetings, ensuring actions are recorded and managed. Alongside this, you will work with stakeholders to improve the projects/programmes control processes and associated documentation standards.
Reporting to the Senior Programme Assurance Lead, you’ll will work closely with project/programme managers and support them through the delivery of their plans, record and monitor progression and contribute by identifying risks and plans to mitigate these.
About You
To truly excel in this role, you’ll possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:
- You must be able to develop and establish stakeholder relationships (up to and including Director level) and maintain effective communication with multiple business units. You will also need to support on multiple projects/programmes simultaneously, so it is important you have excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Highly experienced in Microsoft Office Software
- Experience in using planning software.
- A knowledge of Planview would also be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.
- Knowledge and experience of PRINCE 2 methodologies or P3M framework would be an advantage, not essential. Must have a willingness to learn best practice in P3M tools and techniques.
