Due to experiencing substantial growth over the last year, and to enable us to develop the business further, we are currently looking to recruit a professional Property Photographer to work on a flexible basis alongside our existing photographers.
In this role, the successful applicant will be required to cover our Chorley, Leyland and Bamber Bridge branches on a flexible “as and when required” basis that will be based on their own availabity. Working with our Head Photographer, Valuers and Sales Team, they will be required to produce high-quality photographs to maintain our existing high standard, whilst ensuring any newly listed properties are photographed in a timely manner. They will also be required to photograph rental properties and produce floor plans and brochures for both sale and rental properties.
This role would be ideal for a photographer who either has, or is growing their own business, or does other freelance photography, as they can choose the hours they wish to work and are able to work on an ad-hoc basis. Applicants must be able to demonstrate extremely high standards of photography combined with previous experience. They will also be self-motivated, highly organised with excellent time management skills that enables them to prioritise their workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines. They must be confident with excellent communication skills and a friendly manner, be able to work independently as well as part of team, whilst keen to work in a busy environment.
Previous property photography and floor plan experience is advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided in both our in-house style of photography, drawing up floorplans and creating brochures. A good knowledge of Adobe Suite (in particular Lightroom and Photoshop) is essential, whilst experience of editing and uploading photos using specialist software would be beneficial.
All applicants must have their own photography equipment consisting of a DLSR or Mirrorless camera, wide angle lens, flashgun, tripod and access to editing software. Applicants must also have their own vehicle and full UK driving license and be willing to work part time on a flexible basis that works for both them and the business, which can include Saturday work.
