Job description
PROFESSIONAL DECORATORS REQUIRED:
We are a West London based painting & decorating contractor who specialises in providing a high quality, bespoke service to high end residential properties in & around Central and West London.
We have a number of projects lined up for the rest of the year and we are looking to take on a number of enthusiastic, hard working, reliable and above all else, trustworthy decorators with a good eye for detail to assist with these projects.
We are looking for decorators of all abilities from beginners, improver's and more experienced time-served decorators.
Anyone looking to apply for the role MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- UTR & NI number.
- Must display a good, solid work ethic with a willingness to work hard to achieve the best results. Overtime & Saturday work is available.
- Own PPE (whites, boots and dust mask).
- A good selection of quality brushes & rollers, along with a wide variety of own tools (trays, kettles, filing knives, trowel, screwdriver sets, cordless drill, steps etc.)
- Must be willing to work with new products and learn new techniques.
- Must be familiar with using modern day water-based woodwork paints and be happy to use them.
- Must have experience working in high-end, Central London properties or have aspirations to work on these kinds of projects
- Must have a good command of the english language.
- The ability to work on your own & as part of a team.
- The ability to carry out & finish work to an extremely high standard.
- The ability to wallpaper and spray an advantage.
- Public liability insurance or at least willing to obtain it.
- Checkable references.
The day/hourly rate advertised will depend on your experience and abilities.
