Job description
Rotating Double Day Shift – Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm.
We are currently looking to hire Production Operatives to work on our site in High Wycombe.
The role of production operative at Synergy Flavours will require you to:
· Assemble raw materials required for prepping, mixing, measuring and packing of finished product
· Manage automated methods and temperatures for manufacturing products execute and maintain plant equipment
· Communicate with other members of the production team by co-ordinating activities depending on production schedules as set out by department leads
Experience is not required for these roles as full training is provided. We just ask that you are a team player and are willing to learn and undertake new challenges.
All production operatives must be able to understand, read and write English to a good standard, have good communication skills. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be able to lift and move weights up to and including 25kgs.
