We are looking for a forward-thinking people person whose role and responsibility will include but are not limited to the following.
. Assist the senior project manager in all tasks applicable to the project(s)
. Deputise for the senior project manager as and when required.
. Leading the planning and implementation of projects.
. Defining a project’s scope and goals.
. Planning and scheduling project timelines.
. Coordinating project staff.
. Resource planning and allocation.
. Quality assurance.
. Carrying out risk assessment.
. Managing project administration, including all documentation.
. Meeting budgetary objectives.
. Reporting regularly to senior management.
. Managing client relationships.
. Tracking project performance.
. Project evaluations and results measurement.
You’ll be someone with great communications skills both verbal and written, for dialogue with suppliers, customers, and the delivery team members.
The aforementioned role includes the potential of undertaking a Building Services degree.
Salary and commencement date negotiable.
