Job description
We are looking for Warehouse/Production Operatives to work at our client’s busy site based at East Midlands Gateway.
As a warehouse operative, you will be involved in the unloading of pallets from trailers, feeding the pallets onto the automation, identifying any issues with the stock and working to resolve any problems as quickly and effectively as possible.
Location - DE74 2BB
The rate of pay is £11.52 per hour, and you’ll be required to work on a rotating shift pattern, where the hours of work are:
Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm - 2pm to 10pm
You will work 1 week on one shift and then rotate, therefore flexibility to cover all shifts is required.
Other duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Operating MHE in line with training; ensuring safety processes are followed on every occasion
- Regularly completing safety checks and ensuring that any accidents/damage is reported in a correct and timely manner
- Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carrying out other assigned computer-based tasks as and when required Our ideal warehouse operative can work well individually as well as part of a team.
