Working with a leading concrete manufacturer based in Pollington who is looking for a Factory Production Worker. You will join an established production business that will provide you with training to become a proactive member of their team.

Working with a leading concrete manufacturer based in Pollington who is looking for a Factory Production Worker. You will join an established production business that will provide you with training to become a proactive member of their team.
Working Hours:
- 4 on 4 off. ( 2 days 2 nights 4 off )
- Temp to perm contract for the right-minded candidate.
Salary:
- PAYE ONLY.
- £12 per annum plus holiday pay.
- Weekly pay.
- Overtime is available after 48 hours at the time half.
Duties will include Factory Production Worker.
- Work on the production line. (under the instruction of a permanent member of staff)
- General cleaning duties across the site.
- Heavy lifting - Manual Handling.
- Awareness and implementation of Health and Safety.
Requirements Factory Production Worker.
- Willingness to work with a flexible approach.
- Must have a good work ethic - fast-track promotion available on a perm contract.
- Must be able to think on your feet.
- Must be on hand problem solving to keep production running.
- Must be prepared to work shifts.
- Must provide own safety shoes. (will provide Bump Caps HI VIZ and Safety glasses)
