Retail General Manager

Permanent - Full Time

The Company: Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a company based in Pitagowan who are on the lookout for a Retail General Manager to join their family-owned store. As part of this role, you will oversee the four departments and must have a background in luxury retail within a management position.

The Role:

• As the Retail General Manager, you will be in charge of managing a team.
• Management of the sales department
• Management of stock
• You will need to provide training & delegating tasks to members of the team.
• Ensuring all team members are following high standards of customer care.
• You will be communicating with the Buying team and Warehouse team to manage stock.
• The Retail General Manager will be dealing with any queries or complaints that customers may have as well as resolving and issues.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience working in a luxury retail store.
• Previous experience within a Managerial position
• You will need to have a creative eye in merchandising.
• The ability to motivate members of staff and ensure a positive working environment.
• Leadership skills
• Ability to exceed targets
