Production Operative
A&C North West Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our large manufacturing client based in Darwen for the position of Production Operative. You will work 14 days out of 28 (7 days & 7 nights).

Requirements of a Production Operative
- Be flexible to work 12 shifts covering days, nights and weekends
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent team player
Details:
- Salary - £27350 - £28000 (Inclusive of shift allowance)
- Working hours - 12 hour shifts both days & nights
- Annualised hours of 38 hour week
- Overtime available
- Location - Darwen
- Duration - Permanent
- All suitable candidates will be subject to alcohol and drug testing at the induction stage.
- Extensive training will be given
Role of a Production Operative
- Assembling and clamping the product
- Working according to health and safety guidelines
- Ensuring that the final products meet quality standards
- To ensure all company procedures and rules are adhered to
