About the Role
Our Production & Warehouse Operative roles are designed as a hybrid between the two vital departments in the factory. We are looking for an individual that loves to swap and change their day-to-day activities dependent on need with a passion for knowledge and learning. This individual will be a key part of our continued growth, understanding the lifecycle of our products from production to dispatch and the duties will include:
- Blend, fill and label products in accordance with manufacturing instructions.
- Manage stock levels in the warehouse.
- Dispatch customer orders from the system ensuring the delivery is packed well so it arrives to the customer in an optimal condition.
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness in the workplace.
- Ensure working environments and equipment are cleaned to a high standard.
- Be mindful of stock rotation and traceability of products regardless of their position in the product lifecycle.
About the Candidate (You)
We are looking for a pro-active individual with a passion for working on the factory floor. You will be comfortable learning new skills and working within multiple systems with a passion for delivering the customer the best product and service possible.
Your skills/experience:
- Minimum one year in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment (essential)
- Basic numeracy skills such as counting and addition (essential)
- Experience working within a manufacturing or stock control system (preferable)
- Experience working with filling and labelling equipment (preferable)
