Department: Specifics Manufacturing
Hours per week: 37.5
Basis: Permanent
Job Purpose
The Production Technician works within a clean suite environment to ensure products are
manufactured in accordance with GMP processes, ensuring right first time products whilst
meeting customer delivery dates.
Key Responsibilities
Meet standards conducive with fully validated gowning requirements
Set up of patient named specifics vaccines
Quality manufacture of patient named specific vaccines in a sterile environment.
Servicing activities
Tropos activities
Completion of appropriate documentation to GMP standards
Work and react to customer demands
Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required
Good written and oral standard of Maths and English
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience of GMP
Computer literate
Dextrous – working with small quantities of solutions using syringes and vials
Advantageous
Previous experience of working in a production environment
Experience of working in a clean suite environment
