A client of our are looking for Control room operators to work at their busy team based in Rochester Kent.
You will be required to
· Vehicle track and after theft recovery operator for our client base
· Dealing with Live and ongoing thefts in a timely manner
· Liaising with police on a daily basis
· Diligence and attentiveness to alarm activated events on multiple Tracking systems
· Facilitate problem solving & collaboration
· Responding to Vehicle tracking within the guidelines of the SOC
· Accurate report writing and excellent telephone skills
· Response to alarms within 90 – 180 seconds
· Maintain healthy group dynamics.
· Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues.
· Complete FLR induction programmes and required training events
· Represent FLR professionally to increase productivity and profit
· Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
Essential Job Functions:
· Operation of our Vehicle Tracking Services
· Handle CAT 5/6/7 alerts, reports, and emails
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls regarding maintenance of Intruder/Fire panels and CCTV.
· Liaising with various client Customer Service teams
· Responding to calls within the Control Room/SOC
· Conduct daily and weekly checks of systems within the Control Room /SOC
· Complete daily handovers with opposite teams, utilizing the available diary and notice board.
· Manage the after theft and recovery process for all vehicle tracking services
· Follow all process and procedures for all vehicle tracking clients
· Follow all process and procedures in line with BS7858, BS 50518,
· To be conversant with S5 and S7 vehicle tracking and after theft recovery legislation
· When dealing with thefts, you are required to communicate effectively with various law enforcement agencies.

Hours of Work
This role will be based on a 4x4 Rota, consisting of 4-day shifts, 4 off and then 4-night shifts from 8am – 8pm and vice versa at our control centre in Rochester Kent. Overtime and holiday cover will also be required on occasion as per the needs of the business.
Pay Rate
The starting pay rate will be £10.50 per hour day shift and £11.00 for night shift, paid monthly. This will increase to £11.50 for day shifts and £12.25 for night shift on satisfactory completion of your probationary period.
Full Security Vetting is required for this role and all applicants must be 18+.
