Job Overview
Are you a Production Technician looking for a fantastic opportunity to move into a new role which offers real potential for growth and development? To be considered for this role, you will ideally have proven experience working within a similar role within a manufacturing GMP environment. You will also be motivated, resilient and have a real interest in continuous personal development.
What will you be responsible for?
Key roles and activities, will include but not be limited to:
· Ensuring that EnteroBiotix’s products are manufactured in accordance with the instructions and procedures provided.
· Day to day operation of the production equipment in adherence with cGMP procedures.
· Checking the maintenance of the manufacturing areas and equipment.
· Carrying out tasks allocated by Senior members of the production team in a timely and compliant manner.
· Assist in the authoring and update of quality documentation.
· Where required, assist quality department in pertinent investigations and root cause analysis.
· Recording all data involved in the manufacturing process following Good Documentation Practice and Data Integrity guidelines.
· Maintenance of equipment and services that the Technician has been trained and validated in the use of.
· Assist in the qualification and commissioning of equipment and services.
· Carry out daily inspections of facility and equipment to ensure all operating specifications are being adhered to.
· Ensuring all cleaning regimes are carried out and all production areas are maintained to a high standard.
· Interpret Building and Environmental Management Services data from the in-house systems and flag any anomalies to facility management immediately.
· Assisting in cross functional teams to develop processes and procedures.
· Carry out any further activities allocated by facility management as per business requirements.
· Adhere to high standards of Health & Safety and promote these standards within team and throughout the company.
What are we looking for?
· Experience within a similar role.
· Be familiar with GMP and GQP requirements.
· Experience of reviewing and defining SOP’s, batch records, change control and deviation knowledge of quality management.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail is essential.
· Able to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively.
· Must display personal accountability for results and integrity.
· Able to demonstrate problem solving, decision making and influencing skills.
· Right to work in the UK.
