Learn more about our growth and journey in our recent features in Business Insider and The Portland Press Herald.What You’ll Be Doing: Utilizing experience in the manufacturing department to maximize output and drive innovation while maintaining qualityContinually meet/exceed the KPI requirements set for the product and processIdentify, communicate, and overcome any constraints limiting productionManages the mixing and preparation of raw materials in large increments to be packaged as final productHeads the production line to assemble the finished product to be shipped to customers worldwideOversees advanced level of machinery and production technology to ensure all equipment is running smoothly and efficientlyResponsible for upholding company standards of quality control by ensuring all aspects of production are manufactured correctly, i.e, packaged, sealed, filled, labeled and scented correctly.Ensure assigned team members are following SOPs and Brickell standards of operations and actively assist in the refinement and revising of SOPs.Assists in movement of inventory and raw materials, sometimes utilizing large storage and mixing drums, pallet jacks, and palletsWorking closely with Production Manager(s) to ensure adherence to the production scheduleProactively promote good safety culture, good housekeeping, and company policy adherenceConsistently work towards refining and improving processesOther duties as assignedYou Are: Significantly experienced with 3 or more years of production experienceMotivated, a self starter, that is very organized and reliableAble to operate machinery and hand/power toolsAble to use industrial chemicals to clean, sanitize, etc,.Flexible, as job duties will differ day to dayCompetent with computer skills, math, and problem-solving.Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.Able to direct peers and work as a team memberPunctual and reliable, able to maintain a consistent scheduleYou can effectively lead others and communicate difficulties to supervisorsPhysical Requirements: Able to handle repetitive motions on a continuous basis while working in a warehouse/production environment for up to 10 hours per shift.Able to handle loud noises for the duration of shift (Ear protection will be provided).Able to lift up to 50 lbs and have sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a warehouse environment; walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time; frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, and twist; push, pull, & lift, with or without reasonable accommodation.The Good Stuff: Competitive Pay: Competitive hourly rateInsurance Benefits: All full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage as well as supplemental options.
