Job description

• To effectively manage the line/your area and its production to ensure KPI’s targets are met.
• To ensure your line/area is fully set up and operational at the start of the shift before Production Operatives arrive for the start of their shift
• To liaise with relevant Internal Departments to ensure the products are produced in accordance with the Works Orders
• To ensure products are produced in compliance with customer specifications.
• Ensure appraisals and reviews are carried out with staff with support of Training Officer
• Continually look to develop staff and to ensure that staff are fully utilising their skills
• Develop and review good working practices and Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure compliance with the Company's Equal Opportunity Policy at all times
• To coach and develop staff to improve individual and section performance
• To ensure the appropriate delegation of tasks within the section
• To ensure that the staffing levels are as required and that resource is effectively utilised
• To actively promote a customer focussed environment
• To remain fair and respectful to all staff

Shift Pattern:

· Tuesday - Friday 2pm till 10.30pm

. Saturday - 9am till 5pm
