Job description
A.D. Harvey is a poultry processor and a well-established business based in Bunwell, South Norfolk who is looking for talented and committed individuals to progress with the company. The business is family-run with a genuine interest in every individual, providing tailored training to the individual to support career development. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals that will take responsibility and use initiative in their work. As an area supervisor you will be reporting to the Production Manager and be responsible for a team of staff.
Requirements:
· Production experience is required.
· Ability to complete paperwork.
· Management of personnel.
· Conducting pre-production checks and ensuring product quality.
· Undertaking machine checks.
· Maintain stock levels of consumables.
· Understanding of written and verbal English.
· Willingness to try and take the initiative.
· Meeting KPIs and targets set by managers.
· Enjoy working with people.
· Monday to Friday working between 06:00-Finish (approx. 14:00).
Pay and Benefits:
· Starting pay rate of £13.84/hour as basic (inclusive of attendance bonus).
· Overtime rate of time and a half, starting at £18.84 after 39 hours.
· Attendance bonus of £50 each week for full attendance.
