Hours: Full Time. 39 hours per week.

Shifts: This role will operate over two alternating shifts. The early shift - Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm and the late shift - Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 12.20am.

Salary: £38000.00 per annum, plus bonus up to 10%.

The Role


At DFS we are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join our fast paced Woodmill Manufacturing team on a Permanent basis.

As a Production Shift Manager you will be managing a team of Supervisors, who in turn will be managing a large team of people within our Woodmill. There will be people and production management targets and responsibilities along with operational and health & safety requirements. Our manufacturing sites are fast paced, high volume and fun so you will need to be adaptable and dynamic.

Knowledge of furniture manufacturing is desirable.

No previous experience is required, just a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.
