As we continue to expand our Outside Broadcast and Remote Operations, EMG UK is actively recruiting for a Production Services Administrator to join its Production Services department.

Entertainment contracts include the Brit Awards, The Baftas, Dancing on Ice, Crufts, X-Factor, National Television Awards, National Theatre Live, Britain's Got Talent, Glastonbury, The Isle of Wight festival, concerts, game shows, opera and many more strands. We also deliver 24 hours in A&E, First Dates, Celebs Go Dating and many other fixed rig Shows.
Job Responsibilities
As a member of the Production Services department, the Production Services Administrator will perform administrative activities to support OB operations, such as crew bookings, accreditation, and travel arrangements, as well as communicating these details to all relevant parties. They are also responsible for providing additional administrative support to the Head of Production Services and Production Coordinators.
Primary Reasonability’s and Duties
- Job Costing - create an individual cost sheet per fixture to record any amendments to that spec
- Invoice processing and approvals including dealing with invoice queries and resolving any issues.
- Assisting in the booking and hiring freelancers and handling the associated paperwork as required by the needs of the production
- Assisting with the planning and booking of crew travel arrangements
- To assist with managing accreditation lists and post-job paperwork
- Ensuring planning sheets are sent to all freelancers in a timely manner, itinerary letters where applicable
- To ensure all jobs and personal information are accurately maintained within our bespoke crewing system

- A good level of numeracy and fast, accurate word-processing skills

- Ability to maintain and manage repeating data work-flows to successful outcomes
