Our Emerging Talent Training Programme will provide you with a first-class platform from which to launch your surveying career.
It has been designed to ensure that you are able to demonstrate the required level of knowledge, skills, and behaviours associated with becoming an RICS qualified surveyor.
Training
Successful Apprentices will work towards the RICS APC over the duration of the apprenticeship and will take the RICS APC final assessment as their end point assessment, which will lead to achieving fully chartered surveyor status.
You will work within a department for a minimum of three years from the start of your scheme and will then rotate into different departments to ensure you receive a variation of work to successfully complete your APC.
The training will be delivered by blended learning including online and distance learning, supported by a Virtual Learning Environment with online tutor support with occasional workshops.
The role will allow you to access “on and off-the-job training” gaining knowledge and hands on experience.
Your apprenticeship will be undertaken over 5 years.
Please note this position is part of our Apprenticeship Scheme and you will therefore need to be available to start in September 2023.
