InterContinental London - The O2 features a 4,500 sqm purpose-built conference centre, including the UK’s largest pillar-free ballroom, complemented with a further 19 flexible spaces, both alfresco and indoor, providing the perfect canvas for any event. In addition to this, InterContinental London - The O2 will open a second ballroom in the first half of 2023, making it the largest hotel conference venue in London.
Spa Attendant

Intercontinental London - The O2 are looking for a Spa Attendant who will represent our brand by delivering and exceeding our guest expectations.
First impressions are everything! As a Spa Attendant we want our guests to see a sparkling spa every time they walk in. The pride you take in ensuring all spa areas of the hotel are clean and tidy will reflect in the guests view of our property as one of superior quality. The luxury our guests experience will ensure their return. As a Spa Attendant your attention to detail will demonstrate your commitment to providing luxury guest experiences. What we are looking for:
- Outstanding guest service skills and professional presentation
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally within a luxury hotel
- Good verbal and written communication skills (proficient in English language)
- A passion for high quality guest service with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
