We are looking for a Production Print Field Technician in the Norwich area who will provide exceptional technical solutions on our large-scale print equipment, such as commercial printers and print rooms, by responding to call outs in a timely and professional manner.
You'll be responsible for achieving key cost and productivity targets; identifying and resolving technical faults and undertaking any part replacements as they arise; providing support and advice on technical matters through service meetings, training sessions, field accompaniment and other methods as appropriate; and delivering effective and professional communication to our customers.
