Customer Care Advisor – At Need
Salary: £29,270 per year

Pure Cremation Limited is a specialist Company providing Direct Cremation funeral services. We have grown rapidly since 2015 and we are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our busy arranging team; arranging funerals by telephone and e-mail.
The successful candidate will be used to working in a busy, dynamic environment and offering exceptional customer services to their clients.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
A good telephone manner and the ability to easily explain what we do and don't do.
The ability to record information with a high degree of accuracy.
A sound practitioner of Microsoft Office suite and proprietary client record systems; with the ability to record information electronically and talk to clients at the same time. Probably gained within a call centre environment.
Proven background of working within strict legal and process guidelines without detriment to the customers quality of service.
Working with multiple client requests simultaneously and ensuring the ability to complete each task accurately and efficiently.
Be self disciplined and self motivating.
A strong background in Customer Services.
