Position Purpose & Summary
To work as part of the manufacturing team to ensure that all raw materials are offloaded and milk silos are loaded in accordance with company policy.

Principal Accountabilities
Describe in detail 4-5 major position responsibilities/duties, not tasks, listing the most important first.
No duty should have a percentage less than 5% and all duties should add to 100%
20% To ensure safe operation of the milk station and meet all dumping targets set by the Coordinator
20% To ensure product is used on a released only basis in accordance with the FIFO policy
20% To ensure safe offloading and traceability is carried out
10% Carry out a daily stock check
10% Ensure GMP and process checks are carried out
5% Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out and operate a clean as you go policy
5% Participate in EHS and Food Safety activities on site (Audits, BBS)
5% Report all EHS, Food Safety and maintenance issues to the appropriate person as per procedure
5% Comply with EHS, Hygiene, Food Safety and Allergen rules

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Basic Mathematics (GCSE Grade C or equivalent)
• Basic English (GCSE Grade C or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• PC Literate
