Production Operator
Celsa UK - Cardiff
£27,668 (4 on/4 off Shifts) increasing to £29,067 after 6 months

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital part in our production process. You’ll be operating some of the largest machinery and equipment in the industry and contribute to the production of around 1 million tonnes of steel every year. Without our production operators we wouldn’t be the market leader.
You’ll be trained to work across various parts of the plant, using your existing knowledge and experience whilst learning new skills. Health and Safety is your number one priority. You’ll have experience following strict processes and procedures and be confident to speak out if something is wrong.
Although our finished product is steel we are actual a recycling company, the 2nd largest in Europe. The steel that we produce goes into projects such as Wembley Stadium, HS2, The Shard, Hinkley Point Power Station and Heathrow Terminal 2.
