Arconic is currently in search of Production Operator to join our team in Runcorn.

Primary Responsibilities
- Follow safe systems of work
- Maintain transactional accuracy through the use of work instructions.
- Follow standard work instructions / processes / procedures to produce quality products
- To support the business objectives of zero scrap
- Maintain levels of housekeeping within work area and work stations.
- Act within Kawneer values
- To support the business through participation in the continual development of processes and procedures in order to improve the safety, quality, efficiency and sustainability of the business.
- To take part in training organized by the business.
- To support the business objectives of an incident free work place
Knowledge & Experience
The successful candidates must be self-motivated to achieving operational objectives and adept at working as both a member of a team and autonomously. Excellent attention to detail and numeric skills is a must for these roles. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
The hours of work for this position are 12 hour shifts on a 3 week rolling patter:
- Week 1 - 3 x days
- Week 2 - 3 x nights
- Week 3 - 2 x days and 2 x nights
