Stately- Albion is a manufacturing company that constructs and assembles residential park homes and luxury holiday lodges which are customer focused in design and value. All of our park homes are built using modern materials and design technology whilst hand-built in the traditional way to coach-building methods and values.
Job Description:
1. Working in the plumbing bay reading from specifications and drawings to ensure that the correct plumbing accessories are available.
2. Assembling radiators, baths, toilets, sinks and pipework etc.
3. Ensuring all stock levels are quality checked and maintained.
4. Working with a team of plumbers to ensure their components are available when they need them.
5. Using various hand tools such as pipe cutters, spanners, plyers, cordless drill drivers and saws etc.
6. Expected to help the plumbing team when necessary.
7. The right candidate for the above position will possess excellent communication skills and organisational skills.
8. Good timekeeping is expected at all times, and strong numeracy skills will be advantageous.
9. Communicating with colleagues to organise jobs in a high-pressure environment
10. Ensure that high levels of housekeeping are achieved and that no debris is passed onto the next workstation.
11. To exercise due care and attention when completing daily talks to ensure the safety of yourself, other members of the team and any other individuals who may be affected by your work.
12. You will need to be able to work on your own and as part of a team, and be able to motivate yourself as well as become a valid member of the team.
13. Experience with handheld tools is essential
14. Willing to undertake training and development as required
There will be times when you may be required to undertake additional tasks, duties and responsibilities within your capabilities and may be asked to undertake an alternative job on a temporary basis. However, you will not ordinarily be assigned to duties or required to perform services, which you cannot reasonably perform or are outside the range of your normal skills and experience.

Shift times:
Shift A:
Monday - Thursday: 05:45 - 14:00, Friday: 06:00 - 13:00
Shift B:
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 18:15, Friday: 06:00 - 13:00
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.50-£11.30 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
