Head of Organisational Development & People Development
- c£70,000 + £500 / mth car allowance + great corporate benefits
- Remote working, with weekly travel to Ross-on-Wye and regular visits to UK Locations (Grantham, Torquay and Swindon)

To help us realise our vision we are recruiting a passionate Head of OD & People Development.
The role
As Head of OD & People Development you will focus on 3 key areas combining a belief in human potential with a focus on business outcomes, demonstrating alignment with our values alongside strong commercial acumen.
People Development: Maximise our team’s potential through the design and delivery of development programmes, training and workshops, effectively blending face-to-face, E-Learning and virtual learning across all levels and areas of our business. To support this blended learning approach, we are committed implementing a new LMS system (Cornerstone).
Organisational Development: Bring our high-performance culture to life by embedding OD and change management strategies, ensuring best practice is reflected through our Performance Management Framework and that our Leadership and Management teams are empowered to bring out the best in their teams.
Talent Management and Succession Planning: Develop our approach to talent management and succession planning to make sure we have the best people in the right place, liaising closely with our Head of Resourcing to further evolve our Employee Value Proposition and promote our career pathways.
Is this you?
For this role we are looking for commitment to continuous organisational improvement. You will have strong coaching and mentoring skills, along with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills and the ability to drive change. We require experience and leading-edge knowledge at a strategic level, of both people and organisational development, along with experience of delivering talent programmes across complex, compliance businesses.
