4 on, 4 off Fixed Day or Night shifts
6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am
Days: £10 an hour
Nights: £10.66 an hour
At Délifrance, we are very proud of the fabulous French bread and Patisseries that we make in our 2 Wigston factories to supply to the major UK retailers. We would love you to come and join our Production team to help us bake and pack our delicious products. We work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with 12 hour fixed day or fixed night shifts.
Our Production team rotate across the different areas of the factory so you will be doing a variety of tasks including traying up and glazing products prior to baking, packing finished items, operating equipment and palletising. Team work is important to us so everyone takes responsibility for cleaning up as they go and for making sure that everything we do is to the highest Food Safety, Health and Safety and Quality standards. You will need to complete a Level 2 Food Safety certificate and we will give you the training to enable you to achieve this. And of course, you will take part in our Taste Panels to ensure that everything we make is absolutely delicious!
Ideally, you will have had previous food manufacturing experience but we will consider applications from people who don't have this because we will train you in full. But you must be reliable, hard-working and a great team player who is willing to learn. It is a fast-paced working environment and you will need to be flexible as you will be responsible for a range of different tasks every day. You will need great attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver a first-class product to our customers plus good spoken and written English.
