Monday to Thursday, 2 Week Rotating Shift Pattern 06:00 -18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00

Encore Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in theGreat Barr area.Due to sustained growth they are now actively looking for aProduction Operativewith Paint Mixing experienceto join their team on a temporary-to-ongoing basis.

- Average of 40 hours per week
- Working as part of a close-knit team
- Paid weekly every Friday
- £9.50 to 12.00 - An Hour days dependant on experience
- Plus night shift premium

- To assistwith painting all components to meet our customers specifications with and minimisewaste/scrap costs.
- To ensure that parts jigged are in accordance with the paint plan issued to each shift.
- To ensure all parts loaded to the paint line are fit for purpose and thoroughly cleaned.
- All jigs are clean, straight and fully loaded with parts prior to painting.
- Ensure all paints are mixed to specification and well filtered.
- All application equipment is clean and fully operational prior to use.
- All primers, base coats, mono coats & clear coats must be applied as illustrated in theinstructions.
- Ensuring that all work instructions are followed, all documentation is kept up to date and all process procedure are fully adhered to at all times.
- PPE policies are adhered to in all areas of the paint process.

- Fully understands how to read process instructions.
- Literate and numerate
- Must have good problem solving skills regarding paint preparation techniques.
- Constant focus on paint application continuous improvement activities

- Ability to get the job done (attention to detail, decisiveness and organisation and planning ability)
