These are permanent, full-time roles offering 47.5 hour work per week and overtime opportunities.
Bernard Matthews in Holton, Halesworth are currently looking for Factory Operatives to join our team.
**No previous experience necessary as full training will be provided for the right candidates**
If you’re a hard worker, punctual and reliable then we will ensure to progress and develop you within the company.
Starting rate of pay £11.00 per hour with opportunities to progress.
If you have knife skills, and willing to learn to debone turkeys we can offer an enhance rate of £11.95 per hour, rising to £12.59 after training.
Day Shift 6am - 4pm
Twilight Shift 4pm - 2am
Job Description
- Physically able to work on moving lines handling raw meat, preparing value added products, inspecting and packing.
- Working in a temperature controlled environment
- Must be able to follow procedures and company requirements to standard
