Job description
Our Security Officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our members, their guests, our colleagues, and associated property. Yow will patrol our club and surrounding areas, responding to safety and security threats, minimise risk and establishing a security presence throughout. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is always in line with our members club standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Assuming overall responsibility for the safety and security of our club.
- Patrolling designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures.
- Identifying potential security risks and respond accordingly.
- Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents.
- Ensuring all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to our club policy.
- Assisting employees and visitors with any safety or security concerns they might have.
- Escalating emergency situations to law enforcement as and when required.
- Monitoring alarms and security cameras.
- Control, safe keeping and documentation of lost / found property in safe keeping of the Security Department.
- Carry out staff searches and checks as directed or when a situation demands.
- Carry out investigations as situations arise on a day-to-day basis.
- Carry out emergency procedures for First Aid, terrorist and fire as and when required.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1 year of previous experience in a Security role within a busy and high-volume hospitality operation.
- SIA licensed.
- Excellent time-management skills; comfortable prioritising what is important during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and our members.
- Strong command of English.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
We are a new members club in a grade II listed townhouse in Mayfair.
