Production Operative

About the Role

We are looking for someone to join our team of production operatives in various areas to support and assist the manufacturing of our high-quality products.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

Day to day packing/assembling of finished products i.e., Frozen and Chilled Products
Boxing up and palletising finished product, stacking and transferring products in trays/ boxes etc
Able to work in chilled environment
Complying to company’s hygiene rules and PPEs standards
Ensuring that food safety and hygiene is kept to the required industry standards
Following and signing off weekly and daily hygiene schedules
Carrying out prestart checks and ensuring compliance to health and safety standards

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Ability to work as a team and demonstrate good team spirit
Must be prepared to work flexible hours to meet changing demands of the business
Candidates must be able to demonstrate understanding of acceptance and commitment to the underlying principles of equal opportunities
