We are recruiting.....Production Operatives

We are currently looking to recruit for Production Operatives to join our Bottle Supply Department at Droitwich Dairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business. The successful candidates will be responsible Operating machinery / processes the most effective & safe way. To produce the best quality finished product, working within the Muller Values & standards whilst striving to continuously improve

Contract: Full Time / Perm

Salary: starting from £ 27,643.27per annum plus overtime premiums

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights (6 - 6)

Location: Droitwich

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required output through PMS
Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions.
System upkeep and related responsibilities
Cleaning In Place (OEP) activities
Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectation are maintained
Materials replenishment as required
First line maintenance checks

Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge within the following:

Previous manual packing work desirable, though not necessary

Able to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation skills
Effective team worker
