Job description
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on a PERMANENT basis.
Our client design and manufacture lightweight low pressure air distribution ducting systems for the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers. As the aerospace market continues to grow, they have been successful in securing several exciting new programmes and their production team needs additional support to meet the demand.
We are looking for Production Operatives who are self-motivated and can demonstrate a high level of manual dexterity and accuracy. As a Production Operative you will be used to working as part of a team in order to meet demanding production schedules whilst maintaining high quality standards. You will enjoy the challenge of continually improving processes and pride yourself on working in a safety conscious environment.
Some relevant experience as a production operative is desirable but all employees will be given full training and the opportunity to develop their skills.

Shift pattern is - Mon - Thurs 07.00 - 15.00 and Friday 07.00 - 14.00.
This is an opportunity to secure PERMANENT employment within a global leading Aerospace manufacturer as a Production Operative.
