Job Purpose:

To support and deliver efficient customer service through online platforms.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming online chats, emails and unassigned tickets and General Enquiry form
  • Respond to frontline customer complaints/queries via chat, email, after sale enquiry form
  • Record all correspondence with customers and fully noting our internal database as well as any other relevant places with any customer contact and applicable information including processed refunds.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding company terms and conditions.
  • Provide Customer Assistance – New Account Set Up/Bidding Advice/Change of details/Login problems/navigate the website.
  • Interact with Customers and provide a high level of Customer Service.
  • Manage the restricted accounts, activate customer accounts when payments have been made late, missed or investigated and contact the customer with notification of this..
  • Manual verification of customer accounts.
  • Gather & collate relevant information for site/department specific queries and pass them onto the correct place.
  • Perform a daily sales check on all live auctions.
  • Working with targets and able to prioritise your own workload.
  • Working alone and as part of a team and achieving team targets as a group.

Qualification, Skills & Experience required:

No specific qualifications are required full training will be provided however excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Computer & numerical skills are vital to the role.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £21,500.00 per year
