The Pallet Centre is currently looking for Pallet Repair Operatives, UK market leader in pallet inspection and repairs, based in Newtownabbey.

Daily Duties
As a Pallet Repair Operative, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing pallets (using various hand power tools including nail guns, saws etc) and quality checking of the product. You will be required to maintain a clean and tidy working environment and adhere to strict Health and Safety rules and regulations.
Requirements: You need to be confident using hand tools, have attention to detail and be able to work safely and efficiently. Position is labor intensive therefore you must be fit and able to meet these physical demands. You need to have good attendance and punctuality record. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
Working Hours and Rates of Pay
You will work- Monday - Thursday 7:30 – 16:00 and 07:30 – 12:30 on a Friday. The pay rate is £10.50ph during your 12-week training period after which piece rate pay will apply.
