What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will operate various equipment and machinery safely as part of a manufacturing production line
  • Carry out operational tasks to Survitec standard, ensuring work is completed right first time and flagging any instances failure to meet standard
  • Carry out installation tasks, following detailed instructions
  • Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out standard preparation, inspection or maintenance tasks
  • Support the quality function by ensuring quality standards are adhered to and issues identified

The Experience and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria

  • Eager and resilient and looking to build a career within the survival technology industry
  • Good organisational skills and a good communicator
  • Strong attention to detail

Desirable Criteria

  • Factory experience
  • Experience of working in a specialised role such as Sewing, Gluing, Quality or Tech packing
  • Some experience of operating complex machinery is desirable, but not necessary as full training is provided
