Job description
Storefast Solutions are a forward thinking, ever-growing manufacturing, contract packing and warehousing company based in Kent and we are looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives to join our team.
The Production Operatives will work under the management of the Production Supervisors on a daily basis and you will be responsible for the production of some large name brands.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Completion of production records and paperwork.
- Ensure effective production of quality products.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at all time.
- Completing day-to-day production tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Ability to meet quality output targets.
- Be flexible in performing different duties around the department.
- Read and understand instructions and ensure output produced is compliant with this.
- Requirements of manual handling.
- Follow all company standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for handling all products efficiently and correctly.
- Pro-actively controlling potential problems.
The ideal candidate will:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Experience of working within a factory environment is desired, but not essential.
- A positive can-do attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Have a good understanding of English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
