Production Operatives x2
Location: Lockerbie, DG11 1LR
Salary: Starting at £26,645.52 per annum
We are currently recruiting for two permanent Production Operatives to work in our Hand-Fittings department who can demonstrate a good work ethic, reliability, commitment and an aptitude for the job at our Lockerbie site.
You will contribute to the efficient running of the manufacturing processes to consistently meet safety, quality, productivity, and budgetary targets.

Role & Responsibilities
Your key duties will include:
- Adherence to Company Health & Safety working practices and legislative regulations.
- Manual Handling
- Production of concrete products by hand ensuring consistency of mix and compaction of product
- Working to high quality standards and within set tolerances
- Quality inspection of product and final packaging appearance
- Set up and operation of machinery in accordance with mix and batch design.
- Demonstrate understanding and application of paint colours and dilution ratios.
- Waste reduction and minimisation of production costs
- Contribution to the consistent delivery of production targets and budgeted operational performance.
- Maintenance of exceptionally high standard of housekeeping
Shift Pattern
Immediate Start available.
48 hours per week
Standard day shift: Mon-Thurs 6am-4pm, Fri 6am-2pm
