Quest Employment is looking for line/production operatives to join one of our clients based in Brackmills NN4.This position is a night shift 9:30PM-8AM Monday-Thursday. 40h paid week£12/h - £18/h overtime over 40hResponsibilities:- working in a team of 4-6 people on a production line packing and quality checking the stock- Perform various tasks in a warehouse setting to support the production process- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficient and safe operations- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies- Prepare and package finished products for shipment- Operate machinery and equipment as needed- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area- Collaborate with team members to meet production goalsExperience:- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objectsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £12.00-£18.00 per hourBenefits:Company pensionSchedule:10 hour shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: IZBMILExpected start date: 09/10/2023
