Job description

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, industrial setting? Do you have a strong commitment to workplace safety? If so, this could be the perfect position for you. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the manufacturing of an assortment of different products. The successful candidate will have experience using various tools and machinery, including drills and lathes. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining machinery and equipment as well as ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls contained in an Excel workbook.
• Open product containers.
• Pack products into cardboard boxes.
• Move products using a fork lift.
• Assemble plastics and other components onto a conveyor belt; communicate with co-workers via headset.
• Receive product and package shipments according to a strict schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.50 per hour
